Bids on the Web (BOW)
A service provided by Information Technology Acquisitions

BOW is designed to provide electronic bid documents for vendors doing business with Virginia Tech IT Acquisitions.

To use Bids on the Web:
  • You must have a PDF or PostScript document reader. Bid documents are provided in PDF and PS formats. If you do not already have Acrobat Reader, visit Adobe's Acrobat reader download page.
  • You must register your company with this site. A vendor registration form form is provided. Your registration will be processed within two business days after submission.
Note: All Virginia Tech vendors are also required to register with the Electronic Virginia (eVA) initiative.
